Do you consider to contact our clinic?

Face-to-face consultation where you meet at the clinic is possible only by prior agreement by phone. There is no access possible without prior confirmation by phone.

Are you in doubt about infection with the Corona virus (cough, pain in the throat, fever, musclepains, headache) go home and call the clinic from there.

Your yellow card is required, alternatively you can pay a consultation fee.

For renewal of prescriptions call daily except Tuesdays 09:00-12.00 on Tuesdays 14.00-16.00.

During the first hour you can speak to the doctor.

15:00 – 18:00 only for working adults;  this means no routine child checks/child vaccinations after 15:00.

Acute illness

In case of acute illness report to the clinic preferably between 08.00 -12.00. After 13.00 -16.00 hours either your own doctor will answer or you will be referred by phone to the doctor on call in the immediate neighbourhood. In case of acute illness during the hours 16.00-08.00 and during weekends and holidays call 1813.

In case of life threatening emergency call the ambulance services 112.

Self service is only for patients who have been at the clinic for registration.

Here you can book an appointment, renew your prescriptions or write a short message to the clinic.

Mails will be answered within 3-4 working days; on days where the clinic is closed mails are not answered. 

Blood samples are taken only in the morning, other services can take place during the opening hours.
